The Pawsteps for CSDBR Summer 2019 Challenge

A walking challenge where every step makes a difference to boxers in need

Walk it, run it, jog it, crawl it - it really doesnt matter - you set your own challenge that will challenge you and get you out and about this summer.

CSDBR and Pets at Home Penzance have already started our challenge to walk the distance of the South West Coastal Path.  The PAH team walk miles every week in store and CSDBR will be joining them and their customers in store to complete a few more miles on the treadmill on Sundays 28th July, 11th August, 25th August and 8th September.

How can you join in?

Take the challenge on you own or get together with friends.  Everyone can join in, and what you do is up to you - you can set the pace to suit your own age and fitness level.  You can record your own distance and let us know your total and we will add it to ours or you can challenge yourself to walk the equivalent distance of one of the stages of the coastal path.  Its entirely up to you but please track your steps, share your achievements on our CSDBR facebook page and inspire others to sponsor your efforts in support of all the CSDBR boxers.

The South West Coastal Path

The South West Coastal Path covers a total of 630 miles and we have split it into 38 stages.

Its your choice you can pick a stage and challenge yourself to walk the equivalent distance during the challenge or you can simply choose your own distance and we will add it to our total.

There are lots of ways to complete your challenge and its entirely up to you how you do it.

Here are just a few ideas, whether you are taking part individually, as a family or with friends, and we are sure you will come up with lots more fun ways:

~ track the distance you walk the dog every day

~ run on a treadmill

~ track the distance you walk to / at work every day

~ choose some favourite walks and track the distance you complete

~ walk to and from the pub instead of taking the car and track the distance!

~ actually walk a stage of the coastal path and let us know

Dont forget to let us know that you will be doing and to share it with your family and friends.

We would also love to see your pictures and updates !!!
